Fall is the busiest time of year for Harrington House for travelers seeking fall color and this October has been no exception even though its been quite warm until last week. Between the Milford Readers and Writers Festival in September and the Black Bear Film Festival this past weekend we have been hopping. It’s been kind of a strange season but fall seems to have finally arrived with beautiful sunny days and crisp temperatures which makes hiking and biking along the McDade Trail really invigorating. Spencer is having a great time in the woods even with hunting season upon us. Loud noises are certainly not his thing. To see the real fall color today, one has to get out of the Delaware River Valley to a little higher elevation. But it has started for sure so don’t miss it.
